Sources say that CBI will focus on Choksi's involvement in the Rs 13,000 cr PNB scam and try to establish his status as a fugitive. It will also cite pending warrants against him, Red Notice and charge sheets. MEA, on the other hand, will try to establish Choksi as an Indian citizen.
